1/2 cup water

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons diced roasted red pepper

1 tablespoon diced red onion

1 tablespoon diced jalapeño pepper

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce


  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper. Cover and process until smooth.
