Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound ground chicken

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained

1 (4-ounce can diced green chilies, undrained)

6 flour tortillas

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
